Managing Director

Arvin is the Managing Director and the principal digital strategy consultant at AKIN. He champions brand amplification, integrated marketing strategy and product innovation. He also spearheads our regional offices in Indonesia and Hong Kong.

Yeo Yong Xiang

Lead Consultant

With years of consultancy experience under his belt, Yong Xiang brings a critical eye and sharp business acumen to the table. He has deep experience advising the automotive, telecommunications, manufacturing and government sectors on market strategy.

Kristel Chua

Brand Lead

As AKIN’s Brand Lead, Kristel specialises in visual articulation and interactive media. Her prior experience managing the brand identities for several F&B giants has honed her ability to marry aesthetic and business objectives.

Elizabeth Tan

Insights Lead

With a background in economics, Elizabeth now applies her analytical capabilities to gleaning cultural and consumer insights through research. She championed the formation of AKIN’s insights team, blending data with consultancy to bring businesses further.

Hanson Ng

Senior Brand Consultant

Coming from a solid run in the public sector, Hanson has in-depth experience curating content across a full suite of media and interactive formats. As our resident communications specialist, he oversees all campaign outreach plans and publicity.

Joel Kwa

Senior SEO Consultant

Trained as SEO specialist and marketing consultant, Joel is highly skilled at delivering effective demand and lead generation campaigns through various marketing channels. Joel is also a Certified Associate Project Manager with the Professional Project Management Charter.

Kenneth Tan

Creative Lead

Kenneth leads AKIN’s creative design team, lending his artistic eye and creative sensibilities to all accounts. Trained as a professional animator and illustrator, Kenneth specialises in translating conceptual ideas into visually impactful and effective designs.

Yuni Ardilla

Senior Designer

Yuni is a UI/UX specialist with years of experience designing optimised web and app interfaces. With a keen eye for design and expertise in data visualisation and motion graphics, Yuni is an integral part of the design team.

Sherlyn Goh

Senior Marketing Strategist

Sherlyn delivers marketing interventions and drives business development at AKIN. Her experience spans account management, strategy and communications, positioning her with an interdisciplinary lens to unearth clients’ painpoints, recommend strategies, and deliver wins that meet business goals.

Lingyan Ng

Marketing Strategist

Lingyan’s expertise in social media and media buying for digital channels helps brands build dynamic relationships with their audiences. She’s adept at account management, prioritising client satisfaction and delivering key results.

Kitty Tan

Content Strategist

As a Content Strategist, Kitty specialises in designing omnichannel, cross-platform creative campaigns that cut through the clutter. With experience in helping brands stand out, Kitty is passionate about distilling what makes the difference and articulating why it matters.

Chief Executive Pawficcer

Expert at soliciting belly rubs, treats and laps for naps. Hazel spends much of her time in office puptrolling the grounds to keep her humans loyally in-dog-trinated.
